Familiar rules. A completely unfamiliar world.

Vritniht: Tentacloid Conspiracy was created for players who still enjoy classic RPG mechanics but would like to leave behind familiar fantasy worlds.

There are no elves.

No dwarves.

No orcs.

Instead, you’ll build a party of strange creatures living in a biological civilization unlike anything found in traditional fantasy.

Combat, character development and exploration follow many principles that dungeon crawler fans already know.

The world itself does not.

A personal introduction

Dear friends,

I’m very happy to finally welcome you to Paradigm Worlds’ Vritniht – Tentacloid Conspiracy.

This project began almost by accident.

For years I wanted to create a classic real-time dungeon crawler inspired by games such as Eye of the Beholder, Ishar and the Might and Magic series. One day I came across a simple Unreal Engine prototype and thought:

“Maybe now is the time.”

What started as a small experiment gradually became a complete game.

The End of Time

Vritniht explores the furthest point ever shown in the Paradigm Worlds timeline.

Civilizations have risen and disappeared.

Reality itself has changed.

What remains is a strange universe ruled by Cartel-9—a mysterious organization maintaining order through propaganda, bureaucracy and absolute control.

You begin as another creature created to serve this system.

Whether you continue serving it…

…or choose another path…

is up to you.

Exploration first

Although combat is an important part of the game, Vritniht focuses primarily on exploration.

Hidden areas.

Different dimensions.

Unexpected creatures.

Impossible landscapes.

The world is meant to reward curiosity.

Every new location should feel like discovering another strange corner of an unfamiliar reality.

Freedom to experiment

One principle has guided many Paradigm Worlds projects over the years:

Give control back to the player.

Vritniht includes a Developer Center allowing you to customize many gameplay systems.

Adjust progression.

Spawn creatures.

Experiment with different party sizes.

Teleport between discovered worlds.

Change the experience to suit your own style.

Think of it as a built-in sandbox for experimentation rather than traditional cheat options.

Only the beginning

Although Vritniht already offers a complete adventure, I don’t see it as finished.

Quite the opposite.

This is Episode I.

New mechanics, creatures, dimensions and stories are already planned.

I prefer growing worlds over replacing them.

If you enjoy the journey, I’d love to hear your thoughts and suggestions.

Many features found in previous Paradigm Worlds projects were inspired directly by players’ ideas.

Thank you

If you’ve followed Paradigm Worlds for years…

welcome back.

If this is your first visit…

welcome.

I hope Vritniht surprises you.

Not because it tries to reinvent the dungeon crawler.

But because it asks what happens when familiar mechanics are placed inside a world unlike any you’ve explored before.

Have a wonderful journey.
